We believe that everyone deserves the chance to work and contribute to their community, regardless of their abilities. We are committed to providing individuals with intellectual disabilities with the training, support, and opportunities they need to succeed in the workplace.

We know that individuals with special needs can be valuable and productive employees. They are often hard-working, reliable, and eager to learn. With the right support, they can thrive in a variety of jobs.

We are working to create more inclusive workplaces by partnering with businesses to create more job opportunities for individuals.

Here are some specific examples of how 360 Habilitation is working to achieve our vision:

• Partnering with local businesses to develop a pathway to employment. In our ongoing efforts to foster relationships in the business community, we are excited to announce two confirmed business partnerships::

  • 360 Universal Cleaning Solutions, LLC

  • Cloud Solutions Consulting, LLC

• Our curriculum teaches individuals the skills they need to be successful in the workplace, such as communication and language, social, behavioral and problem-solving skills.

• Provide job coaches who work with individuals to help them find and keep jobs.

• We advocate for policies that make it easier for individuals to find and maintain employment.
